Manifa Oil Field Development Project (Manifa GOSPS)

Nesma Trading has been awarded by Saudi Aramco Design, build, furnish and operate (BOO) temporary camps and office facilities for the Manifa Oil Field Redevelopment Project (Manifa GOSPs) on a land allotted by Saudi Aramco for use by SAUDI ARAMCO and SAUDI ARAMCO designated personnel.

Our scope of works included management and administration of the complete camp including provision of all operational supports, corrective and preventive maintenance, catering, banqueting & special functions, housekeeping services to clean and maintain the complete facilities including regular janitorial and personal laundry services, dry cleaning service to all SAUDI ARAMCO personnel on a daily basis.

The project is expected to be completed by the end of 2012.

King Abdullah University of Science & Technology (KAUST)

Nesma Trading has been awarded by King Abdullah University of Science & Technology for the demolition, alteration, complete interior finishing, Operations and Maintenance Services to KAUST Interim Head Office at Jeddah. Our scope also includes supply and installation of all the required office furniture and fixtures, office equipment, security and safety systems, daily cleaning, janitorial services, operation of a snack bar for snacks, soft drinks, coffee and tea, etc.

The project is expected to be completed by the end of 2009.
