our Catering Division, Nesma Trading is currently serving
over 2,000,000 meals per month, and we are fully resourced
to double the present number of meals being served.
We offer a wide variety
of catering services, ranging from industrial catering to
the operation of large and medium-sized cafeterias. In many
cases, we provide a mix of flexible options which will satisfy
the needs and tastes of an entire camp population, from workers
to top management and distinguished visitors.
Menus are designed
and prepared by our staff dietitians who work closely with
our chefs. We use only the highest quality foods to prepare
menus that satisfy the stringent nutritional and hygienic
conditions set by our clients. We are able to offer a variety
of cuisines simultaneously to satisfy the tastes of an ethnically
mixed population (at labor camps for example).
